Seed Grants
Sankofa's seed grant program provides financial support paired with mentorship, community accountability, and amplification for entrepreneurial and creative ventures — from business launches to creative projects to community-driven initiatives.

Residential Retreats
Sankofa's residential retreats create the space for Black women to exhale, reconnect, and move a deferred dream toward a realized one. Through expert facilitation, ancestral practices, deep rest, and real community, participants leave with renewal and momentum in equal measure.

Sankofa is designed the other way around — you find your sisters first based on who you are, and the resources, masterclasses, and collaboration flow from those real relationships. We're also a nonprofit, which means no investors to answer to and no incentive to treat you like an audience. Everything we generate goes back into the community.
