Partnerships Manager
Part-time · Contract · Fully Remote (Global)
Role Overview
The Partnerships Manager plays a key role in growing the Sankofa community through trusted, values-aligned relationships.
Sankofa grows with integrity through partnerships with organizations, networks, and collectives that already serve engaged communities.
These partnerships create thoughtful pathways for women who are doing meaningful work to discover Sankofa as a space for sustainability, alignment, and long-term growth.
The Partnerships Manager stewards these relationships with care, ensuring they are values-aligned, mutually beneficial, and rooted in trust rather than transactional outreach.
Why This Role Matters
This role focuses on building and stewarding partnerships with organizations, networks, and collectives that serve women creatives, entrepreneurs, and leaders including both Black-led spaces and broader communities where Black women are already present and engaged.
Through these partnerships, the Partnerships Manager creates thoughtful, invitation-based pathways for women to discover and join Sankofa in ways that prioritize fit, readiness, and long-term engagement over volume.
This is not a sales role. It is a relationship-driven, invitation-based role focused on trust, fit, and long-term engagement.
