What We Do
Sankofa is building a global ecosystem that supports Black women entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders in bringing long-deferred dreams to life.
Through a digital community platform, immersive retreats, and seed grant initiatives, we center community, healing, and generational impact so ideas can move into action without sacrificing wellbeing.
We are building for the long term with care, clarity, and co-collaboration.

Dr. Erin Conner
Co-Founder & Director of Operations and FinanceErin has spent her career building equity-centered systems across nonprofit and corporate sectors, bringing expertise in nonprofit operations, fundraising, and strategic consulting with Fortune 100/500 companies on organizational transformation.
Sienna brings a systems-level approach to visionary strategy, shaped by her career designing values-driven brand and community ecosystems and her deep experience in leadership development, community-led growth, and global impact.
